He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in politics from Princeton University in 2003. Later he obtained a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government in 2013. In 2022, he symbolically wrote “return to sender” on his Harvard diploma.

Universities need method to revoke diplomas on former students that demonstrated uneducated behavior and bring shame to the university. They should not be able use the diploma as evidence they are qualified get a job anywhere. Perhaps there should be a psychological qualification for a diploma.
