Cuba Electrical Problems = Opportunity
If we were ever thinking of reestablishing relations with Cuba, now would be the time. I think we should help them modernize their power grid. I think we’d make friends and limit the number of Cubans attempting to enter the US. It would be the humanitarian thing to do.
